Grand Opening

The hotel opened with a gala party in February 2005. Many of the visiting dignitaries praised the efforts of the hotel developers who worked jointly with the city and the local businesses to make the hotel a reality. The grand opening capped a multi year process of planning, ground breaking, construction and final finishing.
